Susan Stamm believes that relationships are the key to everything! Yet, somehow, she feels too many organizations overlook this simple, obvious strategy for success.  As President of The TEAM Approach she works to help people play nicer together at work and to help leaders develop the relationship skills that drive success and employee engagement.

Susan serves as host to Bookends, a virtual book club where she interviews the authors and thought leaders of our time as they discuss their books on leadership and HRD practices. Always interested in new ideas for her discipline, she has struggled with the concern that far too often, workplace “training” does not offer any benefit back to the workplace, creating a wasteful drains of business resources.

Her fascination with human behavior began in her high school psychology class and she has worked ever since then to learn how to best help people change those behaviors that get in their way of happiness and success. As co-creator of the Team Leader Cafe, she helped develop a revolutionary process that capitalizes on current brain and learning research to create permanent measurable performance improvements for team leaders, supervisor and managers.
